I’ve been in the logistics and transportation world for what seems like forever—and what a ride it’s been! What started as a surprise career move quickly turned into a true passion. I love connecting with everyone in the business, from our terminal sales teams and hardworking crews to our amazing customers—who I genuinely consider family too.

Every day brings something new (and usually a curveball or two), but that’s what keeps things exciting. I always put our customers first, and I’m lucky to work alongside a team that feels more like family than coworkers. Logistics ay not have been my original plan, but I can’t imagine doing anything else. I’m here for the challenges, the wins, and the relationships that make it all worthwhile.

When I’m not moving freight…
You’ll probably find me deep into a TV show binge, hanging out with my husband, my kiddos, or catching up with friends. Once fall hits, it’s all about football—Go Pack Go! Whether I’m bundled up at Lambeau or yelling at the TV, I’m a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. (Confession: I might root for my husband’s Miami Dolphins when they’re not playing the Packers… but let’s keep that between us.)

Ginger Burningham | VP of Client Relations

After earning my degree in Archaeology, I envisioned a future spent uncovering the past—either out in the field excavating sites or carefully restoring ancient artifacts behind museum doors. But life had a different adventure in store. While waiting to land a job in my field, I accepted a position in transportation—and unexpectedly developed a passion for the industry and turned it into a career.

Over a decade later, fueled by a shared vision and the belief that we could do things better ourselves; my business partner Annette and I decided to launch our own third-party logistics company. With a little push from our supportive husbands, we took the leap—and FTS was born! Watching this company grow has been like raising a child and I am incredibly proud of.  It is rewarding to see our dream evolve into the thriving, people-focused business we always hoped it would be.

When I am not working, I am a devoted wife and mother. While I aspire to be the quintessential housewife, I’ll admit my talents do not lie in cooking or sewing—thank goodness for mac and cheese and Amazon Prime! Outside of family time I enjoy rummage sales, decorating my house for each holiday (though Halloween and Christmas are my favorite), and having the chance to sit and relax to read a book or watch a movie.

Michelle Konop | Director of Truckload Operations

My transportation journey began in college, hammering out driver logs manually at The Big Orange; Schneider National — one log at a time, for 10,000 drivers. And no, my fingers have never fully forgiven me.

Fast-forward a few decades (we don’t need exact numbers — let’s just say I was a child prodigy), and I’ve run the gauntlet of transportation: compliance, sales, operations, you name it. If it moves, I’ve probably helped route it, fix it, or talk it into moving faster.

I’m the extrovert in the room who remembers your dog’s and kid’s names, thrives on chaos, and believes a good story and a solid network can solve almost anything. I’ve learned that trucking isn’t just about freight. It’s about people, grit, and a little bit of humor to keep things rolling.

When I’m not solving logistics puzzles, you’ll find me hanging out with my family – most likely at a sporting event with my camera slung over my shoulder and cheering loud. Dance, football, basketball, volleyball, baseball – I’m all in. I’m a proud wife and super involved mom and usually the last one to leave any event because I’m chatting it up. I believe in hand-written thank-you notes, spontaneous road trips with questionable directions and music loud enough to drown out the GPS.

Keli Kintop | Logistic Specialist

Hi, I’m Keli! I’m a former IT pro turned logistics aficionado, now helping “keep this truck movin’” with the awesome crew at Focused Transport Solutions. Think of me as your go-to gal for wrangling data, smoothing out the chaos, and making sure freight moves like a well-oiled machine (or at least a caffeinated one).

With years of experience in customer service, team management, and growth support, I bring a fresh perspective to the logistics world—because sometimes, what your freight really needs is a little spreadsheet magic and a whole lot of hustle.

At home, my husband Adam and I manage a busy blended family with three amazing kids and one very large dog who thinks he’s human. When I’m off the clock, you’ll probably find me nose-deep in a good book, crafting stained glass masterpieces (or at least not cutting myself), jamming to live music, or soaking up the great outdoors—preferably somewhere with a campfire and s’mores.
